訂單須知
訂購產品即表示閣下同意按照本條款及細則向 FOSAHOME 提出購物請求。收到閣下的訂單之後，FOSAHOME 將傳送一封覆函給閣下。該覆函並不表示 FOSAHOME 已經接受閣下的訂單。倘若 FOSAHOME 未能提供任何已訂購之產品或服務，或因閣下所使用的 Paypal 付款問題或任何其他原因，FOSAHOME 有權拒絕接受該訂單。倘若 FOSAHOME 無法提供閣下訂單上的任何產品或服務，FOSAHOME 會透過電話或電郵通知閣下。
閣下的訂購請求獲 FOSAHOME 接受後, 顧客服務部會致電閣下確認訂單，同時安排送貨時間和日期。
如隨所訂購貨品(如有)附送之贈品已經售罄, 顧客服務部會致電閣下通知有關情況,，閣下有權接受 FOSAHOME 建議之另一贈品、選擇取消訂單或繼續購買該產品。
銷售服務只限香港
FOSAHOME 只接受來自香港境內帳單地址的訂單。FOSAHOME 所購買之產品不會遞送至香港以外的地區。
送貨服務
送貨 - 送貨服務僅限於工商區的商業地址, 住宅或選擇在多達130個速遞公司門市到取 (付款後三個工作天內寄出)
客戶可選擇送到指定地點 (工商區的商業地址)，落單時請填寫正確地址。成功付款落單後，本店會於兩個工作天內聯絡閣下確認發貨事宜。本店會以電郵通知貨品寄出並包括送貨公司和追踨編號一併發出。
於一般情況下，香港地區之訂單將於貨物訂購後最快可安排約3個工作天送抵登記地址，惟因閣下所使用之 Paypal 批核過賬款項有所延誤，送貨日期將會作出相應調整。請客人點收訂購了的貨品是否齊存，並由收件人在送貨單上寫上姓名及簽名確認收取貨品。
送貨時間，惟因實際情況如交通、地區、天氣及其他不可抗力因素影響而有所延誤、暫停或改期，無論導致此等延誤或改期的原因是否在 FOSAHOME控制範圍內，FOSAHOME 恕不負任何責任。
如閣下登記之送貨地址因保安問題或其他理由, 使送貨員未能完成送貨及簽收，FOSAHOME 有權要求顧客到門市直接取貨，而不會作出送貨安排。
如有任何爭議，FOSAHOME 保留最終的決定權。
自取
請閣下提供訂單通知電郵 (接受電子本，例如手機，平板電腦等) 到本公司門市領取貨品領取網購產品 (付款後第二個工作) 。請閣下提供訂購時登記的聯絡電話號碼，出示有效之身份證明文件，以作身份核對之用。如閣下沒有提供以上任何一樣資料，FOSAHOME 有權拒絕閣下領取產品。
如閣下未能親身前往領取，請代領者帶同訂單通知電郵前往領取產品。訂單一經確認，不可更改其它顏色、款式或產品。
如領取產品因天氣及其他不可抗力之因素影響下門市停止營業，顧客可於翌日前往該門市領取產品。
如閣下於領取日起計之5日內仍未領取網購產品，FOSAHOME 將嘗試聯絡及提醒閣下，須於指定時間內盡快領取，若閣下於選擇之領取日起計30日內，仍沒有領取產品，FOSAHOME將視閣下為放棄，並取消該訂單。
換貨及退款
退款政策
一經確認交易訂單恕不接受退款，完成訂單後，恕不能更改任何已訂購貨品的資料或郵寄地址。 我們為您提供優質產品和售後服務，如有任何問题請與我們聯絡。本公司保留最終決定權。
如有任何異議，本店保留最終決定權。
不可抗力
FOSAHOME 倘若由於不可抗力的原因 (包括由於天災、火災、水災、意外、暴亂、戰爭、政府政策、罷工或任何 FOSAHOME 不能控制的情況) 而未能準確地提供閣下所需的服務，FOSAHOME 均不會向使用者或任何第三者承擔任何責任。
僅限消費者
FOSAHOME 僅向最終消費者銷售和運送產品。閣下不得將從 FOSAHOME 購買的產品用作轉售，如果 FOSAHOME 有合理的依據認為閣下購買產品並非作為最終使用，FOSAHOME 有權拒絕或取消閣下的訂單。
FOSAHOME接受 Paypal 付款，所有貨品之價值均以港幣計算。貨品以訂購當日網頁所示之價格為準。

Order notice
By ordering the product, you agree to submit a purchase request to FOSAHOME in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of your order, FOSAHOME will send you a letter to you. The letter does not mean that FOSAHOME has accepted your order. FOSAHOME reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the order if FOSAHOME fails to provide any ordered product or service, or if you are using Paypal payment or any other reason. Your order request is accepted by FOSAHOME. Customer Service will call you to confirm the order and arrange the delivery time and date.

Sales service is limited to Hong Kong
FOSAHOME only accepts orders from Hong Kong's billing address. FOSAHOME products purchased will not be delivered to areas outside Hong Kong.
Delivery service
